We'll have your Click & Collect order ready within 2 hours of placing your order (during business hours).

Provided your order is placed before 12pm it will be dispatched the same day on the courier of your choice (if specified)**

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please call the courier your order was dispatched with in order to enquire about its location. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day from APC’s warehouses**. All Purpose Coatings Pty Ltd does not guarantee or specify either directly or indirectly the time of delivery of any consignment – this is purely at the discretion of the shipping agent.

Limited consignment insurance is offered via FastWay (Excludes DG Consignments). However, all other couriers do not offer insurance on the goods they transport. Neither the shipping agent, courier or All Purpose Coatings take responsibility for the safe transit of your goods. As such, goods damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the purchaser and All Purpose Coatings shall not be held liable for the replacement and/or repair of the damaged consignment. If you receive a damaged consignment, please contact the courier to enquire about the possibility of a claim. If you wish to organise the replacement of a damaged consignment please contact our office on 1800 437 699.

All Purpose Coatings has staff trained and well experienced in the packaging and transport of dangerous goods including carcinogenic, corrosive, flammable & environmentally hazardous substances. APC can assist in the preparation of export paperwork, MO41 documents & all other import / export requirements.

Local Express deliveries via Lynx are available. (SEQ Only)

All Other Areas: Due to the nature of the goods primarily manufactured by All Purpose Coatings express delivery is not available. Limited items such as EPO100 (PART A), Flake & Consumables can be shipped via air express freight. Unfortunately, the cost of this is approximately 15x that of normal freight. Where if you are quoted $150 for land freight, air freight would be approximately $2250. If your order is urgent, please advise our team and we will organise transport via the fastest land options available. All Purpose Coatings does not guarantee, advise or make any implication of delivery times – this is purely at the discretion of the shipping agent.

Due to the value of goods in transit couriers will require a signature on delivery. If you wish to provide authority for the courier to leave the goods unattended you must explicitly provide this permission on each order where you wish for this to occur. If you are not available at the time of your delivery and a redelivery is required, All Purpose Coatings may invoice you for the additional charges received from the freight company.
